Nordic-African Consultancy invites Nordic companies to join our Nordic Tech & ICT Business Delegation to Nigeria, March 12th – 14th, 2025. The purpose of the delegation is to provide a local market introduction to Nordic companies interested in tech developments and the Nigerian ICT sector and to kickstart new Nordic-Nigerian business.

Entering the Nigerian market

Nigeria has emerged as the largest African market economy. The country offers a young and growing population, as well as a huge labour force with 3.5 million new entrants every year. A key oil resource centre in the region, Nigeria pursues macroeconomic stabilisation, socioeconomic development and economic diversification, producing new markets and a host of novel business opportunities. 

Entering the Nigerian market entails challenges as well as vast potential for Nordic companies offering high-quality and innovative solutions fit for local needs & demands. Participants joining this delegation will get a unique opportunity to meet with key Nigerian representatives and local stakeholders, connect with potential local business partners and collaborators, and gain first-hand insights into market conditions, developments and trends.

Together with Egypt, Kenya and South Africa, Nigeria leads development in Science & Technology, and offers one of Africa’s largest ICT markets with an ICT sector in continuous growth. Further, the country is home to the largest concentrations of Tech Hubs and Innovation Hubs in Africa.

Simultaneously, infrastructure gaps, economic susceptibility to energy prices and high urbanisation rates contribute to an economy, which has not reached its full potential in terms of technological advancement and digitalisation.

During this delegation, participants will be provided individualise programmes and opportunities to explore relevant business opportunities for their products and solutions while exchanging with peers and exploring the local market.
